Now that we know how an 2007 Renault Twingo GT 1.2 TCE engine works, we can also understand the basic things that can keep an engine from running. I tend to select 6th at a lower speed manually. Generally it is very good, and I can override the automatic at the flick of the gear lever. However, some engines have suffered from excessive oil consumption and a damaged catalyst due to oil leaks that could lead to engine failure. Few have experienced significant engine problems. Some 2007 Renault Twingo GT 1.2 TCEs have enjoyed a good reputation for being durable, dependable vehicles. Although it is necessary to have the fuel injection system cleaned, as the engine leans during the turn, the problem may be a faulty rubber air intake boot that flexes. Stalling and rough idle could be a problem in some case while making a turn around corners. The radiator cap and the valve should be replaced. It could cause coolant to leak at the top of the engine, cause a fire, and drip coolant onto the exhaust manifold and something like that. The radiator cap pressure relief valve may be set too high, it may cause engine temperatures to exceed appropriate limits. Some customers complain about higher than average oil consumption and faulty rear rotor seals that lead to oil leaks. When using synthetic oil in hot climates, flooding, difficult starting and loss of compression some Automobiles may suffer from poor lubrication. 2007 Renault Twingo GT 1.2 TCE will install an extra electric cooling fan control unit ,If so operates after the engine is turned off to more quickly reduce 2007 Renault Twingo GT 1.2 TCE engine heat. to enable you to deal quickly with minor faults not requiring specialist attention. These cars usually need to be replaced of the new engine, and the results are always that the vehicle s oil consumption is out of oil usage specifications. I post a few pictures in the hope that someone else has known this and knows the procedure to at least get some more life out of the radio, and be able to put the code in.Do your 2007 Renault Twingo GT 1.2 TCE have anything wrong with engine problems? I am quite sure the stereo is ok, there is power to the right wires (red and yellow) with ignition, and when I press eject, the unit makes the noise as if to eject a disk, but nothing else seems to make a difference. Have tried every sequence of button pressing I can think and have researched, pressing mode, volume, turning the wheel up/down, pressed and held the buttons on the stereo, to no avail. I'm quite sure that the clock has to be changed via the radio, but given that I can't turn the radio on that doesn't help! I can't seem to get the radio to turn on, can't seem to get it to ask for a code, have tried familiar Renault techniques with the steering wheel controls but that doesn't seem to work either. The manual is extremely unhelpful and seems to relate to a different model with buttons on the centre display, this has none. Have got a radio code, no idea how to put it in. Had to change the battery after it was left stood for a year or so. It's a Twingo phase 2, 2014, with the quickshift auto box thing. Got a problem with my neighbours Twingo II he inherited. ![]()
